Judith Ripka Getting in touch with?

Can you email Judith or get in touch to send something back to be fixed? The new leather cord I got, the little heart is put on wrong. It is on the top of the side and stones on the other side. I don't want to send back but may have too. I thaught of fixing my self but it is soldered unless I take it to a jewelrer. Can anyone know? thanks for the help
