Judith Ripka Coffee Table Book

I just received an email from QVC informing me the Ripka book I bought was not really autographed by JR, but was, in fact, PRINTED. If I want a refund, I can ship it back with my packing slip. WHAT??!! Am I supposed to believe they JUST NOW found this out??!!! And how many times was JR herself on, hawking this book as SIGNED BY HER? I'm furious. AND WHAT PACKING SLIP, QVC???!!! Do they really believe I can just come up with a packing slip from Christmas???
