I love this watch.

First time they sent the wrong size.

Second one arrived today, with splatter of something on it. No plastic face cover. Missing romance card. Instruction booklet that was bent. And small scratches on several links, as if it had banged against something when being worn.

CS is very good, and again said that they should monitor this blog for so many issues of new items which were returned items with issues.

I had to post this because it is annoying. It was supposed to be an anniversary present. I think JR products have a real quality control problem.
