Joan Rivers 10 stone Interchangeable earrings

I would like to know how many of you have purchased these earrings and have had trouble keeping the backs closed? (ITEM # J18938). They are beautiful but useless. Since the backs do not stay closed, the stones fall out. I know that during my search on other sites there are many unhappy women that have purchased these earrings and have had the same problem. I am going to approach QVC & Joan Rivers and demand an answer why all of these women have been left high & dry with useless earrings. They are a couple of years old.
