Joan Boyce repairs

Has anyone sent anything back to Joan Boyce for repairs? What has been your experience? On the warranty card it says it takes 4-6 weeks to return a repaired item....if you used the warranty did it take that long for you to get jewelry item returned to you? Thanks.

I don't know about Joan Boyce, but the Nolan Miller warranty is similar, and yes, it took about a month.
