Jewelry Markup

So I've been looking at some of the jewerly on HSN and QVC and I actually have a whole sale license and order all my jewerly wholesale but will watch some of the jewelry shows for ideas on the shopping channels and my gosh the markup is incredible, for costume jewelry. I bought a crystal pave ring that Joan Boyce had on recently that I just loved, it's a customer pick and $70, picked it up for $10 and get rave reviews on it every time I wear it. Just wish I had a platform to sell my jewelry like they do on these shows! Just remember that next time you pay $50-100 for a piece of costume jewelry. Imagine making $60 on one ring times 2000 orders, for ONE piece! Just something to think about...
