Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone but just wanted to give you a heads up that over the past 3 weeks I ordered 3 jewelry items and 2 of the orders contained the wrong jewelry items. Was very odd because the packing slip in the packages indicated the correct items but the item in the package was wrong. Customer service was good and is sending me out the correct items but I’m concerned because I have items coming as presents and worried they will also be wrong now. Hopefully QVC straightens this out. Just a pain to not get what you wanted and shipping back an item I didn’t want plus the worry of being charged that shipping.

@Joizz11.  I wonder if they could be using new robotic equipment to make the selections?  With a new warehouse going online, anything is possible, however the week before Christmas is not a good time for trials.

This recently happened to me also. The same exact thing. Packing slip had the correct information but the wrong piece of jewelry was shipped. I contacted the Social Team to put a notation on the order so that when it was returned for exchange that they indeed send out the correct item. I did receive the correct item after returning the wrong one but it all took a lot of time. I know shipping has improved but at the time this happened shipping was a slow as ever.

Just wanted to let you know QVC will not charge you the shipping fee due to their mistake.  Just be sure to check the reason for the return.  Also, it's always a good idea to  double check when a return has been processed that you were indeed NOT charged for shipping.

@Kachina624 Wow I didn’t even think about that. I’m thinking due to there downsizing also that may make a difference.

@Lucylu12 Sorry to hear you went through this but glad in a way it’s not just me. I just hope this doesn’t keep occurring.

Yikes, thanks for the “heads up”.  I’ve not had a problem, therefore, I usually remove my outside shipping info/invoice and wrap it sight unseen.

@Spacrazy Yes definitely check your packages. I would hate to hear you wrapped the wrong item as a gift.

This happened to me as well, but not recently.

The zip bag had the right item # on it but the item in the bag did not match that number.

The jewelry sent was way more expensive than what I ordered, I was tempted to keep it!

But I did send it back for a refund, rather than exchange.   I didn't want to get on that merry-go-round again.

@software Yes I had the same issue the items I received were way more money than the items I purchased as well. I didn’t look at the item numbers on the plastic bag just the packing slip that was inside and it had what I ordered. I also sent them back as I don’t want something I didn’t buy.

I had the same thing happen to me this week, the packing slip was right, as was the label on the plastic bag the item was shipped in, but what was inside the bag was not what the label said it was.  Probably a return that the original purchaser packaged incorrectly to send it back, and didn't realize their refund was correspondingly incorrect.

CS was also very kind in sending out the replacement quickly, I just hope the seriously slammed USPS gets the wrong item I sent back to the Q the same day within that 30 day window, or I'll be charged for the replacement as well as the original item!
