As much as I love Jennifer Miller's pave hearts I wish she would have more pendants or necklaces with solid stones and not pave. I have both her gold tone and silver solid heart necklaces but missed out on her pink tone one. I wish she would design some color stones! Thanks!

I have one of the pave heart necklaces and called QVC because the clasp was sharp and hurt my fingers every time I put it on or off.  The Customer Service Representative said that I could send it back and get it repaired.  She gave me the address to send it to QVC to get it fixed.  Well, I received an email from QVC that they received my necklace but they don't repair or replace clasps and said they only replace the stones so there was nothing they could do for me and asked if I wanted a refund or wanted it back. So I received the wrong information from the QVC Customer Representative.  I may be out of the shipping fee also.  Anyway, the necklace has the clasp on it in an odd place is that the way it should be?

i also prefer the sold stones.

I hate pave!  It's pretty bad on natural diamonds as well as anyhing else. The way to go is fully cut stones. That makes anything much more expensive. But it's got to look a whole lot better.
