I am watching the Jai show now 6/15. The host Rosina must have lived in a cave.  I don't think QVC has trained her at all.  She didn't know what a cigar band ring was and said she didn't know Scott made a big cat enhancer.  Did they train her at all?  I personally don't think they should have put her on the show if she doesn't know enough about the brand.  I understand she is new but I have never seen a new person with this little knowledge of a product.

I am watching the show because I have always loved QVC jewelry shows.  My favorite jewelry hosts will ALWAYS be Lisa Robertson (glamorous), Lisa Mason (soothing) and Antonella Nester (fun).  Nancy Hornback was also excellent. (Jill was very good with silver.)

They knew all products inside out and were experts.  You could tell they loved what they were selling, and all too frequently persuaded me to buy.  They were role models on how to be superb at the television show host job.  I would set my calendar to watch the jewelry shows. Those were the good old days!

(Nowadays I can just go online to shop.)

I purchased a 'rose clad' JAI bracelet last year. Even though hosts and vendors swear it will not fade or tarnish, my bracelet- which I paid over $100- has turned a bronze color. I saved the packaging as I had another 'rose clad' item turn. I am contacting Q Social and returning for a full refund. My first and last JAI purchase.

I am watching right now and was thinking she might not be ready to be by herself just yet.

Honestly, I have tried to avoid being critical of hosts.  But when I think of the super hosts that were let go...I could cry.

It was an ordeal to watch this show.

Somehow I don’t think Scott was thrilled to have his line described as “rock ‘n roll” jewelry.

Now I know why I never watch the Q on TV.

Don't know who she is/was with Scott but she was HORRIBLE. Stumbled over almost everything that came out of her mouth, She knows nothing of the Jai line. Luckily, because Scott is such a gentle man, patient and calm, it was certainly up to him to get himself and the new host through this obviously painful show on Q2.

I've never seen this host before with any seasoned host, no intros like they've done in the past. Looks like they just threw her to the wolves and said 'GO'.  She couldn't even muster speaking intelligently as if she knew what she was talking aobut, stumbled over most everyting I heard her say. It was painful, I turned the channel shortly after.

We have found a "lack of training in most new sales people" very disappointing!

Maybe it's much to early in the game,ah but I thought I'd ask you just the same

@PamfromCT   I so agree. Thankk God I recorded it, FF through it this morning after listening to her for about 5 minutes. Scott was really working hard to do his best with that "host". She certainly is not prepared to go it alone with the vendors...no personality, preparation, etc. Embarrassed for her and felt sorry for Scott.

@FancyPhillyshopper   Lord, help me, but Jane could have taken that show...stories about family ...and still done a better job.

@PINKdogWOOD   The worst part is that her voice is "grating", too.
