Jill certainly knows about sterling silver and the Jai line, but she can be kind of syrupy too.

Jill is a salesperson--Scott is a designer and artist.

Scott knows why and how something came to be. He was the decision maker for creating each jewelry item.

Jill provides positive reasons to spend your money on an item.

Jill may be more effective with facts, but Scott provided heart and history.

I miss Scott's stories, but he did tend to ramble a bit.  Jill is fine, but she has no special connection to JAI over any other silver jewelry she has sold the past several decades, so it is just like hearing a regular QVC host, rather than a unique product representative.

I mean, last year she was selling mattresses and sheets for the Property Brothers, but I guess that did not pan out for the long term.

It's Jill for me.  The back stories are nice but I want to know about the jewelery I might be buying.

I enjoy seeing Jill do the presentations.  The other girl(sorry don't remember her name) that took Scott's place didn't last very long.  I did enjoy Scott's stories and yes I agree he was quite a sentimental person but I used to like it when he was on.  So many changes, just keeps happening.
