I purchased a sterling ring from this company a while ago and I really love it. It represents my dogs who have passed. I noticed there is a little chip on the bottom of it. I think the company should offer a warranty with the jewelry. As time goes on the jewelry from this company is getting more expensive. There is no place to contact about the jewelry because I contacted QVC about this matter. My own jewelry is expensive and I don't buy junk. It just makes me mad. I have jewelry from the 60's and 70"s that have stood up better than this.

I dont know of any jewelry that comes with a warranty. How could they warranty it when jewelry is worn and the human use factor is a big part of how it would be damaged.

@rags to riches    There is a Facebook group devoted to Jai jewelry, its pros and cons.  Perhaps you should join?

@Shawnie    All I know is that its a c!osed group you must have permission to join.  Another poster referenced it a few months ago.  She, too, had a piece that broke and couldn't get it repaired.

I searched "Jai Jewelry" and I think this is it.  You have to join to view.

I forgot to tell you I take very good care of my jewelry and yes there are some companies that do offer warranties. It should be at the companies' own discretion if they decide it is covered or not when it is sent in. That is all I'm asking. Even Diamonique does that.

They can tell if you abused it or not.
