Jackie jewelry and supposed "facts"

I forget the guy's name who recites the stories (Philip?), but I wonder how much of it is truly fact-based. For instance, he mentioned Jackie was 5'9; she was not, she was 5'7, as is stated in nearly every book about her. If he gets a simple statistic wrong, there's probably much else that is incorrect, as well. Curious if he's licensed by her estate or what the deal is...
