I think Suzanne is elegant and does a very good job with the jewelry.

I will say with makeup or clothes I prefer to see a variety of models: different ages and shapes.

I have a question,nothing to do with the model. What happen to Judiths daughter in law? She use to show the jewlry but now another lady does it when Judith is taking a nap,etc. Did her son and his wife split? Or she doesn't want to do it anymore. just curious ,thanks.Tucka.

Tucka, I think it may have to do with the sale of the company, but I don't really know...that's pure speculation on my part.

I think Suzanne wears JRs pieces well. Also, JR does use other models with Suzanne, so OP should take note.

Using particular models is at the discretion of the vendor - they hire who they feel does the best justice to their line, and they develop relationships with them. Have you never seen SG fawn over Katia? George Simonton even has a nickname for the model Jacquie. These people have worked together and are part of the vendor's team for a long time, in fact, to the opposite of your point, I think viewers expect to see certain models with certain vendors.
