I am hoping they will give that, or a caller will ask during one of her shows. I haven't bought much lately because the prices are just prohibitive but I love Byzantine and I already ordered the Sterling. It is a simple, feminine yet timeless piece that will stand alone or play well with others.

I think the decision of having at least this piece made in Italy has been a very good move.  I hope the quality goes up because of it.....

At that price I hope it isn't lightweight.  I own another TSV bracelet that was much more expensive and it was substantive.

Is it possible to remove the heart charm?

That I don't know, however a small pair of dykes can cut the attached ring and you can then take it off.  They usually solder the rings closed so you won't lose the charm.  If you change your mind, you can reattach it and have a jeweler re-solder the ring~!
