@Lilysmom1 :  The resorts that we stay at have all kinds of reviews, good, bad and ugly.  You almost have to check the reviewers history of reviews.  Some of them complain about everything........not like it use to be.

I have ordered from JTV for about 10 years. I don't order a lot. Maybe a few pieces of jewelry a year. Almost all of the jewelry that I have received has been outstanding. I did return a pendant once because the stone wasn't what it appeared to be on TV. I had no trouble with the return. As a matter of fact I remember thinking that it was processed very quickly. Also their ship time is very fast.

Just because one customer had a bad experience with JTV doesn't make it a bad company.

To me most of the jewlery sold on JTV is one step above costume. Ever since Janyl Sherman left, Artisan Collection of Bali, I haven't been interested. Robert Manse has his Bali line there now, but I like Janyl's design better.
