JR dot com customer service issues

I hate to post this but i am really in shock. I ordered two items on 12/9 from Judith's website and have been so disappointed! I was using my coupon codes from the sweepstakes and ordered a pair of earrings as well as a ring. Well I never got any confirmation email of my order although I could log in on her site and look at my order history and see them there. I finally emailed customer service on 12/15 requesting some sort of confirmation and estimated delivery date. I got no response whatsoever. Then I got a notice in the mail on Friday that I had an express package to pick up. I thought it was going to be something from the bay but it was the 18k earrings I ordered. These earrings were originally $1300 although I only paid $300 due to the coupon but ya'll they came wrapped in tissue paper in a white envelope with a computer print out of my order stapled to the front then shoved down in an express mail box. I can not believe that is how my order was handled!! I still have not heard anything about the ring shipping so who knows how that will come. Glad it wasn't to be a Christmas present.

I am not the type to make a big ol' stink about something like this but I am disappointed and as I said in shock. This was my first piece of HE JR! What a let down. We give the Q a hard time about packaging but I can honestly say I have never received anything this poorly handled from the Q no matter what the price.

I can't imagine Judith would have approved of this??!!!
