JR TSV ordering problem

Hello Ladies, I am trying to order the TSV earrings from the advance email. It shows the TSV price and two easy pays , but when I go to checkout it gives me the Q price of $85. Is anyone else having this problem ? Should I just call CS to try and order. In the past CS has said that i can only order from the email . Appreciate any suggestions.
