JR Photo Charm Ordering Problems

Just received my packet for the photo charm. You can either e-mail a photo using JR's special web page, send a disk, or send a photo. I tried the web page. Boy, this is one minimalist page, not up to JR's usual over the top standards. A high school kid could have programmed this. Now for my problem, has anyone had success loading a photo from an Apple browser? I tried both Firefox and Safari and could not get it to work. How do I contact her IT department?
