JR Oldie but Goodie. Help needed

I've had the MOP carved heart ring for awhile but noticed it has recently gone to LTS and then gone. I have worn mine a few times with my matching cuffs but recently noticed the prong in the middle of the carved heart is missing. It has been a clean break. I have seen a few of you post a repair address. I don't want to purchase a new ring as it is hard to find a size 5 but I would like to repair my ring.

Please, please, if you have the address for the repair center, let me know. My matching cuffs are lonely. Thanks for any help Ripkanistas!
