You'll love that ring...it's very well done. For what it's worth, my ring fit true to size.

Thanks.  I might have made a mistake ordering one size up.  I wish they would make half sizes.  When it's cold I usually wear a 7.  Once the heat of summer sets in I need a half size larger.  I so hope it fits.

I wonder if the TSV sold as well as they had expected.

@lmt. Don't worry.  It is practically a given that Scott will be bringing many more lions to QVC in the future, in sizes that are ideal for everyone who wants one.  I cannot imagine that he would stop at one lion cuff, one lion ring, and one lion enhancer (coming in October), considering all the wonderful leopard, elephant, and crocodile pieces he has created, and the fact that there are so many people who adore the big cats.

@Jersey Born  Yes, I'm sure you're right!

@Jersey Born is absolutely right. It's like with the enhancers...I love my leopards, but the original size one was way too big...and he eventually came out with the petite (which wasn't petite, but still smaller, LOL!).  Yours is on the drawing boards as we speak!

More importantly, it was fun to chat with you and everyone during the visit!

@Sammycat1  LOL, I hope it's beyond the drawing board and in production!

It was lovely to speak to you and all the other JAI fans. Hopefully we can do it again in August. Smiley Happy

@faeriemoon  I don't know how well the TSV sold. At one point I think I heard that they only brought in 4,000 of one of the sizes, which doesn't seem to be alot to me.

I was surprised that they didn't have any 'one day only' sales.

Imt, I too  was also hoping for some special sale prices during this visit.  I bought the basket weave and gold cuff bracelet, but I didn't ever see it presented.  I watched all 4 JAI shows, so it must have been presented during one of the other shows "From designer to diamonique."  There was also no video of this item.  Had I seen a presentation, I may have also wanted the matching ring.  Since there was no special pricing on these items, I decided to wait until I see how I like the bracelet before considering the ring.

Update:   This morning, there was a video showing the presentation of the gold hammered cuff.  It was not there last night when I looked.  The presentation got me so excited for the bracelet.  It is even more lovely in the presentation than in the pictures.  It also sold right out, during the presentation.  I am so glad I ordered early.  The ring was also shown in the video.  After watching, I went to the ring, and it was still on easypay this morning, so I ordered it too.  I am always excited about new JAI, but these new pieces take the brand to another level.  I can't wait.

I have really enjoyed these threads during the past few days.  It is so much fun chatting with you ladies.  Thanks to the original thread starters.  I hope we can do it again in August!

Hey everyone! It's been great to read what others saw, loved, are wishing for and purchased. I, also, hope we can do this in August.

I watched all his shows and am glad I did because it altered what I purchased. The videos on the products are often cut short (for obvious reasons) so you don't get to hear and see all that goes on during the presentation. For me, items I thought I wanted didn't look the way I envision so in the end, I didn't purchase and vice versa.

I'm glad he brings out many different sizes and designs under each motif. As a tall woman, the smaller, dainty pieces get lost on me unless I stack a bunch of them on. The large leopard enhancer is perfect where as the smaller one is not. I don't wear anything around my neck or breast length it must be much longer so I'm always watching for the long chains and usually they sell out ASAP. Which is why I ALWAYS watch the first show of the day; items sell out fast.

I purchased 2 of the wheat and smooth bangles (not the name but that's how the bangles look) because he mentioned in August he is bringing BACK the wheat bangle that sold out within minutes when it was aired a few months ago. Now, had I not watched the show, I would never have known that and would have missed on on 3 items (I LOVE the look of 3 bracelets and this set is beautiful- he had a picture of them on his site). He wasn't on camera at the time but speaking as they camera was focusing on the bangles. It's those little nuggets of info you get that make me not want to miss a presentation.

I wish he would bring out larger pieces; the TSV thrilled me as the first box chain was way too small/thin for me. I love his big bangles. I don't do the animal rings but a large one in the patterns of wheat or box chain or something like that would be great.

In the end, we're all different heights and sizes, have different likes and tastes so bringing us big, huge, small, dainty and everything in between makes sure we all can find something we love.

Till August!!

Although I did not purchase the tsv, I did some comparisons to see how out of line some other jeweler’s pieces are selling for:  The tsv is handmade, cast, solid silver up to 44.7 grams for $239. Judith Ripka was selling a Diamonique Charm Necklace (#353720) for $168.98. The 18” machine made chain was tiny. There were 7 small Diamonique charms.

Jai has an established signature name in the jewelry market and so does JR. How could she think anyone would pay that price for that necklace?

@Shanus  The Ripkanistas will.  She has a large fan base.  Her jewelry is admired by many.  Each to his own.
