JAI OTO ring arrived with a missing stone

I'm really disappointed because I was looking forward to this ring. It looked pretty on, and then I looked closer and it was already missing a stone. This wasn't a retread, it should have been perfect.

I think that I'm done with the Q jewelry. It's been fun and I've gotten a lot of cute things over the years, but the quality on everything is slipping and continues to slide down.
