It looks a little like bloodstone, which has more to do with Scotland than Ireland, or zoisite, which has nothing to do with Ireland--closest country would be Norway. It will interesting to see what Jill comes up with.

It is indeed zoisite, and when asked on Facebook about using Connemara Marble, Jill Bauer replied that out of respect for domestic Irish artisans, JAI would not be using it at this time.

Most of the new items are available now. The Cara Rope Gemstone Hoop Earrings, Ruby in Zoisite Enhancer, and the Cara Rope Hinged Cuff are the One Time Onlys so they will be available when the shows start.

I did see them under new arrivals.  I can't wait for the presentation of the cobblestone collection.  I would love the all silver bracelet, but a little pricey for me.
