Wow! This Jai garnet ring is a winner! I don't typically have a visceral response when opening a box, but this ring did that for me. I was dazzled by the beauty of this ring the moment I saw it. The garnets have the 3 C's (color, cut and clarity) as they are a bright red, are cut to perfection, and they sparkle intensely. The hammered beaded silver balls above and below the garnets sparkle, too. I am used to wearing large solitaire gemstones that are set North to South, so this ring is quite different from what I normally wear. The ring is modern, bold, and spectacular. Truly a beautiful ring.

Did anyone else order this ring? If so, what are your thoughts about the one you received?

I didn't buy this ring but did purchase another garnet ring offered.  This ring is stunning and I can see why you were so impressed by it.  Garnet is my birthstone and I have always loved garnets, the color just stunning.  It sounds like you will enjoy wearing your new purchase!!

Thank you, @spiderw. It is already on my right hand, paired with an older Ripka "Romance" bangle with garnets, and on my left hand, I am wearing a garnet solitaire ring by Michael Valitutti. On my neck is the Jai garnet drop necklace with the 14k gold surrounding the stone. (For more bling, I could have worn the mindblowingly sparkly garnet tennis necklace from Affinity.). I am all "garneted" out today. When garnets are "good", they are spectacular! It is a beautiful birthstone.

Which garnet ring did you purchase? I hope you love it and enjoy wearing it!

This ring reminds me of my wedding band, except it was gold and the stones were bezel set.   I never liked the traditional diamond band.

Sadly, it was taken in a burglary so I no longer have it.

That is a such a shame, @Kachina624.  I am sure your wedding band was beautiful, and that the burglar thought so, too.

I would imagine that this ring set with white topaz stones is beautiful, too, and even more resembles a wedding band. I was tempted by that option, too.

Thank you, @faeriemoon. I am enjoying its vibrant color. Garnet was always rather underrepresented in my jewelry selections, and now, I no longer feel that it is.

@Jersey Born I love garnets which is kind of weird for someone who really doesn't care for the color red.  I love rhodolite garnets especially, but I also love that very deep red (not a touch of brown or orange) color of the garnets in your ring.  Combined with that unique and "important" setting, you have a beautiful new piece for your jewelry collection.

@Jersey Born

Glad you love your new ring--it's so important to get garnets that are faceted properly and also have true red color, not that muddy, root-beer shade.

Having some issues with our beloved cat and don't have time to get into reviews on my Gem Day purchases, but for now I'll just say they're all winners--including the TSV in African Amethyst.

Wear your new treasure in the best of health!

@Sammycat1 - Praying that your dear cat makes it through her newest challenges.

I am glad you are happy with your purchases, though. We can wait patiently for your reviews, whenever you are ready to post them.
