J260753 Opulence Mixed Metal Ring

I usually wear a size 7 ring on my ring finger, however, I would like to wear this on my middle or pointer, would I size up to an 8 in this ring? Also, does the decoration on the side of the ring annoy you? Thank you.

I would have to size up for my other fingers...depending on which finger...as mine are different sizes.
