I'm so disappointed in this. It arrived and I was so excited until I saw the clasp was clearly broken. It was in a return bag so there is no way they inspected this before they sent it out. I was hoping this could be an everyday piece for me 
When I called CS she told me "oh I thought they didn't send out returns" - hahahaha what a joke!
