Item # For Retired Amethyst A-D Cuff

Does anyone know the item number for the retired amethyst A-D cuff? This is the one with three small amy stones and no DMQ. The number I have when I ordered it is J27811, but the item page doesn't come up. I am selling it and would like to attach a link to it when I list it on Delphi. TIA
