It's Being Returned To Me?

Last year I bought a 17 inch Navajo Pearl necklace and most of my SW pendants wouldn't fit over it so I have only worn it maybe 2 or 3 times. The other day I wore it to the dentist and it fell apart in our car! I saved all the beads but couldn't find the chain ending and carefully packaged it up with the order info and sent it back with a note as to what happened. When I looked at the order it said call CS which I did today. They sent it back to me! I do bead jewelry but expected an $80 dollar necklace to be replaced or something. Has this happened to anyone else? Thank you. I hesitate to buy anything else that is not a solid piece now {#emotions_dlg.blink} such as a ring or cuff.
