Just wanted to give a warning to those using smartlabels for returns....it appears my package was ripped off. This was a return for another shopping network and I very foolishly put it in the out side post office box at the post office in my town and they never checked it in. I rarely do this....almost always I park and go in and have the clerk scan it in. The other networks paper work says it is not protected until it is scanned in. I could kick myself for not taking the time.

I will never make that mistake again....just wanted to give others a heads up that these smartlabels must be scanned in to be protected against theft or loss (same thing in my book).
