Re: Is it possible to resize this ring?

Thanks everyone!  I just sent a message to a master jeweler.  No idea what to expect as far as cost.

Re: Is it possible to resize this ring?

@monicakm It is a nice stone--maybe you can get another mounting to put it in.  A lot of jewelers carry them, and sometimes they have ones others have taken stones from that could be a good find.

If you can wear the mounting on another finger, then you could put a colored stone or turquoise or something in that maybe!  Lots of possibilities!

Re: Is it possible to resize this ring?

Thank you @Sooner I'm hoping to keep the same look.  I've always loved this ring and the fact that mom had one too and was buried with it, is extra special.  She left her wedding ring to my granddaughter (her great-granddaughter).

Re: Is it possible to resize this ring?

This setting and material might present challenges, but if it is important to you, you can find a solution.  A beautiful memory is priceless.  I had a simpler silver ring that my mom wore often resized and it is nice to touch. ❤️

Maybe wear as a pinky ring on either hand ( if its too big for that just in a ring sizer).

Re: Is it possible to resize this ring?

Sometimes a jeweler can "stretch" a ring.  It would probably depend on how large you need it to be.
