Is it just me or....

I am the only who is getting really aggravated with QVC who offers JR pieces as a TSV with the motto " this is the lowest price this item will ever be" and a few months later see it on clearance for a LOT LESS than the TSV price!!!!! like the grand statement bracelet and now the set of 4 bangles !!!!!! what is the point of buying at the TSV price if you can get it a lot cheaper a bit later..... Just saying.....
