The weather has been terrible there. Plus the weather has been terrible across the country and it's slowing transportation down, I'm sure. That and the holiday returns. Stuff happens. My returns usually go through pretty quickly and I can't complain about QVC service that's for sure.

Mine have been much , much slower than usual. I'm not happy about it, yet what can I do ? I suppose the weather has made a difference, but some items I returned in early to mid- December are still outstanding, and I can't blame that on the weather. Think I'll call and check on those.
