Is anyone else also experiencing slow processing of the returns?

Mine were delivered and usually qvc does not take too long but not this time.

There may be a ton of after Holidays returns that's slowing down the process.

I anticipated my returns would take longer due to holiday returns. I requested a merchandise credit. It took three weeks! So, I guess the answer is yes Smiley Happy That does seem a bit lengthy.

I tracked something that was delivered two days ago ... I imagine the returns dept is swamped.

Ennui same here. My package was also delivered two days ago but no signs of processing.

Re: Is anyone else also experiencing slow processing of the returns?

I got the green Affinity ring, returned it on December 27 using the Q return label. I tracked the return and was starting to get worried, and it finally showed "in transit" on Monday. It took over 3 weeks to show up on tracking, and has gotten to within an hour of the Q's offices in PA. It's been there for 3 days now, still "in transit". That was a $99 item.

On the other hand, I got the Lamos TSV boots, returned them about 3 days after I got them, shipping them (also Q return label) on a Thursday, and the return was processed on the following Monday. Oddly, that was what, a $40 item, if that? Makes me go hmmmmm!

My returns from a week ago have arrived in the state of Pennsylvania, but no credit to my account as yet. That's only a week in transit though. I expect it to be slow because of the holiday return rush AND weather problems.

Up until my latest return, no. But I returned something on the 16th and I tracked it and it's still sitting in Fisher Indiana and has been since the 20th, without moving. That isn't QVC's fault though.

Well, mine finally arrived today. Took a week to get 50 miles, but I am not too upset since the weather has been so awful in Pennsylvania this week. It just bugs me that it took over 3 weeks to get from my post office to PA, since it's only about 60 miles from her to there!

Re: Is anyone else also experiencing slow processing of the returns?

I sent a package back on 1/7 using their label and they finally received it on 1/21. I had to call CS and find out why my package had not moved since 1/7 and that was on 1/14. I still have not received my refund. I do not think it is slow processing, I think they do not want to release the credits back to your account. They must have an amount that they are limited to each day. They are quick at charging your account but slow on refunding the amount.
