I think of Ascher cut as a square cut stone with rounded corners, Love it !!!

Asscher cut stones have 8 sides, all straight. The rounded corner stones are called cushion cut and is curved all around with no straight sides...like a pillow.

I remember a blue zircon - Asscher cut show from someone, but I thought blue zircon is becoming more common now, there must have been a big "find" lately.  I can just wait, and then it all sold out. I went years without a decent ring, and now I have four.  Its my birthstone.  I love SilleeMee's earrings.
