Irish Trinity Knot Ring J260993 How to clean?

I bought the trinity knot sterling silver with 18k clad item J260993 and it has a spinning eternal row of shamrocks HOW DO YOU CLEAN IT>>dishsoap, lotion ect. No one has answered in a year and a half/ also was told by qvc to be careful of the 18kt, I want to wear it every day as my wedding band and have it look it's best. Have seen it but it was too snug, and waiting for a bigger size. Thanks!{#emotions_dlg.biggrin}
