<big style="font-weight: bold; font-family: Georgia;"><big>IMPORTANT NOTICE</big></big>

<big style="font-weight: bold;">Effective December 31st 2010, I.G. Gold discontinued all jewelry operations</big>

I..G. Gold stopped jewelry manufacturing operations on March 1st, 2004. Since that date, we have provided warranty service for all Imperial Gold products covered by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. From 2004 to 2010, the materials required to provide this service were made available from a manufacturer selected by QVC to manufacture the Imperial Gold products under a license agreement with I.G. Gold.

Effective June 2009, this manufacturer discontinued the production of all Imperial Gold products. Since we can no longer provide the quality of service that Imperial Gold customers have come to expect, we are forced to discontinue the availability of this Warranty Service.

All warranty service work received on or before December 31st, 2010 will be repaired and returned as soon as the service work is completed. We ask that you be patient since repairing the products with limited access to materials is often much more time consuming. Any warranty services received after that date will be immediately returned to the sender.

All of us at I.G. Gold are proud to have had the opportunity to serve you and thank you for the many years of loyal support to the Imperial Gold brand.
