I like Judith Ripka and mosts of her items are lovely, but how can you be so happy when you're about to be ripped off? Her prices are beyond reality. Glad I bought some of her things years ago when they were reasonably priced. I think her designs then were far superior to what I'm seeing now, and I still don't see them as collectibles. To be honest with you, a piece of jewelry really has to grabbed me for me to purchase it now. I look at price per wear. If I know I won't really wear a JR piece that often, I will wait till it goes to clearance to purchase. On new stuff I look for ez pay, then I have the option to return before the 30 days are up.....I haven't returned a whole lot.

However, I don't feel that Judith's pieces are a rip-off. If you purchase items that are in tune with your lifestyle.....for example, I have a lot of JR's silver and gold clad station chains...that I know I will wear more than once a week....her watches are also worth the investment! Some of her rings are for everyday some not....regarding my lifestyle.

Today I purchased B. Bixby's watch with rhodolite.....for the price....I will get a lot of wear out of it!

Prices have gone up, because of prices going up everywhere in our world.....

I am happy to be shopping and adding a few pieces to my Bixby and Ripka collections....
