ISO ~ Yellow DMQ Square Ring...few years back!

Hello ladies...I have not posted here in a very looooooooooong time...anyways, I'm hoping someone here can help!

I'm looking for a yellow ring with a square stone and minimal dmq on the side. If anyone wants to part with theirs, I would love to purchase it (at a good price) if possible. I don't have the item number, however JR brought to us in 2 color stones, clear and yellow. Maybe someone out there has a # for it.
