I looked it up and it's actually UltraFine Silver thinly disguised. You can see the 950 Milor stamp on most pieces, just no UltraFine Silver tulip logo.

Milor makes it then QVC just sells it as UltraFine or JTV sells it as their brand, too. It's all the same thing. 

You'd be amazed how much "QVC" jewelry is sold on JTV . . A lot of diamonique stuff, even 14k.

OK.  I found it.  Horrible web site doesn't show everything.

Looks like  a few of them.  I will check it out.  Did I mentioned how awful their website is????

ShopLC makes their own jewelry and their factories (in India) make jewelry sold on the other networks also. Long before ShopLC sold on TV they were only sourcing gemstones and making jewelry but expanded to homeshopping since.

I've been buying from JTV for decades. Never found their website hard to use. Not all peices have a video but many of them do. They are always on the right side of the page.

I buy from JTV and have for many years. I don't find their website any more difficult from other websites with the exception that there are not always videos of the items.  I recently bought a Chrome Diopside pendant that is absolutely gorgeous. When I was checking out it showed that I had $40 in brilliant cash and did I want to use it. Of course I did. Have no idea why I had the brilliant cash. It brought the price down to $39.00. 

Their prices are good and the one time that I returned an item there was no problem with the refund. I have been very pleased with my purchases.

I bought and returned item in November 2024. I paid for return and it got lost. In April i got envelop from jtv saying they can't accept my return. I placed many calls to them in November, provided tracking number etc. i would use their return label if i ever have to return anything again. Michael Valitutti is there.
