DITTO on SHQ ... losing interest on the Q. Every time I switch over to the Q, it's something I've already seen many times before. Too much of the same ole over and over and over again. JMHO!

Just way too redundant and too many and too long presentations on the redundancy...

I have a hard time watching HSN, and never particularly enjoyed HQ, but am finding I'm liking it better. Who knows, maybe it's because I'm seeing a different product mix, but for whatever reason I'm watching more and more. QVC has become impossible for me to watch. I almost never turn it on at all anymore after being a somewhat regular viewer for years. The programming is just too repetitious and the products don't warrant it.

I'll have to check HSN and ShopHQ. I remember a LOOOONG time ago that I watched HSN and enjoyed their Hollywood Jewelry line (boy does that go back)... and bought a ring, it was even in sterling. But at the time, they yelled at everyone and their items were "timed".... I really didn't like it.

I preferred the Q back then because the products were so diversified and the hosts dignified. Now we get the same products over and over again and some (not all, especially the older hosts) are yelling at us or talking loud and harshly about the products. It's hard to take for any length of time and I resent being yelled at....

In fairness though, last night's HQ gem shows were pretty bad. For the most part, just a bunch of multi-gemstone pieces and it's extremely rare for me to find them appealing. They don't look like fine jewelry to me, but rather like whoever was setting the gems couldn't make up their mind... Rarely I see a piece that appeals but for the most part not my cup of tea at all. Still, it was a weekend and it was jewelry. Meanwhile, back in Q-ville, it's yet another vacuum...
