How is Shop NBC on jewelry returns?

I am so used to the ease of returns with QVC. I'm very careful with Shop NBC, I've never sent anything back. There is one rather expensive ring I'm interested in, but its a wide band and I'm worried about the size. Will I have a problem getting my money back? The next size up is sold out, so I can't exchange. I don't care if I have to pay shipping both ways.
