My toggle bracelets are too big on me but I didn't think they would actually come undone but they do. I don't really wear them because of this, but last night I wore the pearl one & it fell off twice, I finally put it in my purse & now I'm here looking for a good solution....and please don't tell me to buy a smaller one, I would have but they didn't come in a small

is there something i can do to keep my toggle clasp from falling off.

If the bracelet is long enough, I loop the toggle twice around.

Change the toggle for a large lobster claw clasp.

The bar on the toggle or the loop it goes through are not the right size. You need a longer bar or smaller loop. As suggested, you could have a jeweler replace the bar with a lobster claw clasp.
If the clasp is sterling or pure gold, a jeweler can solder a small bar across the loop, making the opening smaller.
