I wasn't allowed to get my ears pierced until I was 16!  Later on in my 20's I got a second piercing in each ear.  I wore difference smaller earrings in the second piercings.  Then I switched to just wearing tiny rubies in the second piercings.  A couple years later I got a third piercing in just one ear and I wore a tiny diamond in that one.  I

wore all of these for many years and then finally tired of them --- and now I just wear earrings in my original piercings.  Even after all these years, I still occasionally get issues with the piercings - and if I don't wear earrings for a few days, the one piercing will try and close.  Very strange!!!

I have 2; I was undecided about a 3rd piercing so I asked my husband if a 3rd one would make me look trashy. He said yes, so I didn't get the 3rd one, and now I'm glad I didn't.

I have 3 in each ear and I rarely wear earrings anymore. When I do, I sometimes have to wrangle them in but they all still work. No regrets, I just don't usually take the time to put them on. I like the ones you can leave in all the time.

9:  3 in my right ear, 6 in my left. However, I found out (the hard way) that my body reacts to cartilage piercings and in the end, had to allow those 2 to close. You can still see the piercings but can't wear an earring. 

Kinda scary to find this out this way BUT good to know. It's in my medical file now.
