How Do You Access EZ Pay on Request on Your Account via Online Orders?

I have an easy pay on request on my acct. according to customer service. It's not in relation to any promotion, but when I recently checked, they said I had one.

Is there a way to access an EP on Request when ordering online or do you have to call Customer Service and have them do it for you?
