I have a necklace that's about two years old that began unraveling and I was losing pearls. I sent it to Honora in New York, and as their website says, they restrung it at no charge, and it took less time for me to get it back than shipping from the Q in the first place! Just wanted to pass this on if you ever have a problem, it's nice to know Honora is a class act!
