Honora earring backs

Does anyone know if there is a way to purchase Honora pearl stud replacement backs?  The backs are large and keep earring straight in the ear, haven't seen any offered for sale on QVC.  I lost one back and luckily didn't lose my large pearl stud, but really need the same kind of back.

I just checked.   J294451 10mm pearl studs [many colors] for 26.97 comes with Happy Backs.   Cheap way to get the backs.   I think I will get an extra set also.  Hope that this helps.
