Honora Gold Pearls-Question?

Hi .I got the Honora gold potato pearls 18'' necklace and was wondering what should these gold look like?

They are absolutely perfect, have a fantastic shine but is the gold color gold or orangey-im not quite sure??? They seem like a 24 k color, rather than 14k

Help please,

oh got them in a black Honora bag, in a plastic bag and awful QVC BOX!!
