Holiday Return Policy????

I want to begin Christmas shoppnig {#emotions_dlg.rolleyes} But, I want it to be in the Holiday Return Policy period - does anyone know what date it starts???? I hate to buy early and then someone not like their gift on Christmas and I have no way to return it! The Holiday Return Policy is WONDERFUL!!!!
