I will never shop them again. I have a score over 800. They ran a hard credit check when I asked for split payments. Outrageous. Do not need merchandise from a disreputable merchant.

Do you mean you wanted to split the cost of an item between 2 different credit cards?    If so, buy it with value pays.  Once it ships, pay half of the balance with one card and then change the card on the purchase and pay the other half.  It's the long way around it but it works.
