Not mine, I read this idea from a poster the other day, if its you, step up and take credit. They should set up a separate department with as many people as necessary to clean, inspect, and properly repack jewelry returns. If its obviously worn, send it to "as is" or the outlets. Otherwise spiff it up and send it out, none of us will be the wiser if you do this correctly. And while you are at it, set up another department to properly refold and pack clothing items. Your competitor does it, no reason you can't.
