Help with PayPal

Hi - I need some help with paying thru PayPal. The only time I've used PayPal is when making a purchase thru E-bay and I just follow the icons there. I'm making a purchase outside of E-bay (it's a Bixby item) and I have the seller's e-mail but I have no idea how to get the money from me to her using PayPal.

Can anyone help?
